Last March, the membership of Christian Community Church (CCC) approved in a congregational meeting seeking a potential sale of its facilities and relocating to a new one. This was the result of approximately three years of prayer, meetings and analysis. For such a reason, the Board of Deacons has retained the services of Landmark Real Estate, a firm specialized in commercial properties. On Wednesday June 161, CCC's broker, Mr. Luis A. Colón, installed a "For Sale” sign in the front wall of the building.
We understand this may lead to questions, particularly by those that have joined our services recently or have not participated in past congregational meetings. Therefore, it is important to clarify that we are only seeking the potential sale of a building structure. The church on the other hand, which is made of people redeemedby the blood of the Lamb, it's not for sale. Whether we stay or whether we relocate, CCC will continue its mission to make Jesus known.
Join us in prayer that the Father leads us to His perfect will in this matter.

El pasado marzo, la membresía de Christian Community Church (CCC) aprobó en una reunión congregacional auscultar una posible venta de sus facilidades y la reubicación a una nueva. Este fue el resultado de aproximadamente tres años de oración, reuniones y análisis. Por tal motivo, la Junta de Diáconos ha contratado los servicios de Landmark Real Estate, firma especializada en propiedades comerciales. El miércoles 16 de junio, el corredor de CCC, el Sr. Luis A. Colón, instaló un letrero de “For Sale" (Se Vende) en la pared frontal del edificio.
Entendemos que esto puede generar preguntas, especialmente por parte de aquellos que se han unido a nuestros servicios recientemente o no han participado en reuniones congregacionales anteriores. Por eso es importante aclarar que solo buscamos la venta potencial de una estructura de edificio. La iglesia, por otro lado, que está hecha de personas redimidas por la sangre del Cordero, no está a la venta. Ya sea que nos quedemos o nos mudemos, CCC continuará su misión de dar a conocer a Jesús.
Acompáñenos en oración para que el Padre nos lleve a Su perfecta voluntad en este asunto.
